Why Pro costs money.
Email costs money and attracts abuse.
Every schedule, reminder and “Can you make it?” goes through a paid mail service, and its bounces and sending reputation have to be looked after. A small payment is the best filter against people who would misuse it.
Work done while nobody is signed in.
Every hour FairTurns fills new dates, looks for cover when someone can’t make it, sends schedules and reminders, and checks what bounced.
It pays for running FairTurns, not for profit.
One small price for everybody, with every Pro feature. The free plan never loses the ability to run a roster.
Paying
Questions about paying
Can I pay monthly?
No. Pro is paid 1 to 5 years at a time, from A$12 to A$60 per organisation.
Can I stop it renewing?
Yes. Switch automatic renewal off any time on the Plan tab, and Pro carries on until the paid term ends.
What happens if a renewal payment fails?
It is tried again daily. If it never goes through, the organisation goes back to Free and keeps everything.
Is Pro charged per person?
No. It is one price per organisation, whatever its size.
